　　因工作需要，广东以色列理工学院（GTIIT）筹备办公室现向社会公开招聘建筑监理工程师（GTIIT现场代表）一名，热诚欢迎应聘。

　　一、应聘的基本条件

　　1.遵纪守法，诚实可靠，作风正派，工作态度积极主动、认真负责，能吃苦耐劳，具有团结协作精神和奉献精神；

　　2.全日制普高本科、硕士研究生，建筑工程或建筑设计专业，海外留学硕士毕业生或有海外工作经历者优先；

　　3.熟悉建筑装饰新材料、新技术、新工艺、掌握施工工艺，能熟练操作相关设计软件；

　　4.有较强的中英文表达（含口语和写作）能力，能胜任英语环境下的工作；

　　5.有八年以上建筑工程监理和现场指导工作经验。

　　二、岗位职责

　　1.负责GTIIT校区建设项目的室内外施工现场监理工作，把控设计方案规定的整体效果；

　　2.负责审核施工图纸，对项目进行跟踪和监督，并为施工现场提供技术支持，保障项目顺利实施；

　　3.负责对建筑装修项目使用的材料进行确认，对专用材料选型进行审定；

　　4.负责工程质量的评定，工程项目的检验，对工程项目质量与进度进行控制、管理和监督。对工程质量的定期检查、评议和整改监理，每两周提交一份用英语撰写的工程进展情况报告。

　　CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISING ENGINEER required

　　Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is looking for a full-time supervising civil engineer for the campus construction at Shantou, China.

　　Qualifications:

　　1) Honest, devoted and collaborative;

　　2) With Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering or Architectural Design; Working experience or studies abroad is preferable;

　　3) Good skills in construction technology and construction site quality control.

　　5) Proficient in oral and written English in addition to Chinese, with the ability to report to English-speaking managers;

　　6) A minimum of 5 years working experience in construction supervision is preferable.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1)        Construction site supervision for indoor and outdoor of the GTIIT campus construction project;

　　2)        Review the construction drawings; Track and supervise the construction process.

　　3)        Verify the materials for construction and decoration; Confirm it with written specifications;

　　4)        Responsible for quality evaluation and project inspection; submit bi-weekly project progress report in English;
